SAE, AEPi, Kappa Sig, KA, and Sig Chi are the only houses known for their parties/tailgates. Different vibes at each though

Aepi, Kappa Sig, SAE throw best ragers
sig chi and sig nu have decent tailgates with nice crowds as well
frats like KA, Phi psi and zbt are more on the social side than just a downright rager side.
