another annoying gpa post
by: froshI know yall don't know the exact GPA's sororities require, but historically which are the ones that have higher cut-offs? Is it possible some sororitys have cut-offs above a 3.0? Just don't want to set my expectations too high if I will miss the mark.

honestly, even if you are over the firm cutoff, some houses might still cut you when looking at it combined with other factors. It makes for an easy cut in earlier rounds if they do not have a significant reason to keep you. I rushed with just over a 3.0 and found myself cut early from lower tier houses where I think it might have been grades (just guessing since that's what made sense to me). But it's definitely not a deal breaker if you can make yourself stand out.

also historically chi o is the only one known for the GPA thing, but it still is a factor at every house across the board
