after PPD I would be so happy if i got PKT on pref night, they blew me away on PPD. I don't know much about Pi Phi though, can anybody explain the reputations of these three sororities?

Theta or Tri Delt?

Kappa - sororityty, party, popular during rush, happy pc
Theta - divided and cliquey, many wanted kappa
Tri Delt - stereotypical sorority, peppy and nice, divided pc
Pi Phi - fratty, chill, party, strong sisterhood
