Is there any chance of unhoused fraternities getting houses in the next couple of years

Vandy isn’t building any new houses, so someone has to get kicked off first. joining PIke, phi kap, or lambda chi over any other fraternity means that you’ll probably be bottom tier for all of your time at vandy

But then again, one frat almost always gets kicked off campus each year. So there is definitely a chance.

That being said the only one worth considering in that group is Pike lol

Based on the blueprints when they re-do Towers, Vandy is putting up 6 houses where Kappa Sig, Delt and 208 house are now. Unless KT decides to give it to some other group like she did with Phi Delt house, at least a couple of them are going to get a new house.
