ppd and dirty rush

Rush dates have started already, but they will continue. PPD is exactly what it sounds like, a preview round for all sororities and PNMs. The most competitive sororities already have lists of PNMs they’re interested in. If you stand out in a good or bad way it might make a difference, otherwise it won’t. Some sororities will take notes on PNMs during PPD. Take it seriously but be yourself.

Most competitive are Kappa, Theta, Tri Delt, Pi Phi, and KD to a different extent.

It's technically a practice round and is almost exactly what display round will look like. But it definitely does matter. How much varies by house but that's the first impression you make and if you do stand out it's in your benefit because if we don't know your name yet, we will after. If you don't though, it's not the end of the world.

But yeah rush dates have been ongoing all semester. You may get asked on one if you make an impression but don't take it personally if you don't. They're really just to get a better feel of a PNM you think you like/would be a good fit.
