Honestly, what makes Pike/Phi Kap/Lambda Chi Alpha low tier beyond the lack of a house and having a smaller group? The guys are decent; they just haven't had much time to get off the ground yet.

They have decent guys, but they’re aren’t as good as the guys In other houses... which makes them low tier

Let’s not talk about actual people that way. Not having a house, being less popular during rush, etc. are factors in ranking. However, things can and do change but only the guys in that frat can help improve things if this matters to them. Not everyone cares. People here do moreso than others.
