do recs/legacy status matter for sororitys?

Legacy will get you in the sororitys radar but wont get you in ( at least for my sorority )

As far as i know recs have almost no impact unless it came down to you vs one other girl, but im not in the recruitment team so who knows

Legacy status (mother and/or sister matters most) generally gets you through one or two rounds automatically, but does not guarantee bid, or even pref.
