gpa requirements

What are the gpa requirements for each sorority? Is a number like 3.7 really something needed? That seems pretty high for the firsf semester of college. There have been a lot of numbers thrown around and the sorority websites aren’t clear about their GPA cut offs. Thanks!

probably not at chi o. should be fine for KD, AXO, AOPI, ADPI, Zeta, Pi phi as long as you're normal

Kappa, Theta, Tri Delt, Pi Phi and KD care more about fit then GPA. A great GPA won’t get you in and a lower GPA won’t get you cut IF they want you. If they don’t know you a low GPA is an easy cut in early rounds for competitive sororitys. These five plus Chi O have very high returns, which means they might use more criteria to make cuts earlier on.
