Fraternities. Please be aware of how hazing can affect our whole greek system. Another pledge has died from hazing at LSU. This is tragic and it is not necessary for building brotherhood.

Can't think of a single time where a pledge was hurt or had to be hospitalized at vandy. Vandy kids are smart, pledges don't get hazed nearly to the same extent as at state schools

my frat has weak hazing, and its why our brotherhood sucks. i'm just going to say hazing builds commitment, research shows that higher cost of entry leads to a more committed group.

i'm going to be the devils advocate, i never understood hazing until I joined a fraternity that barely does it. people don't feel committed to the organization.
