Are pi phi/theta doing COB in 2017?

Check with Greek life office to find out who is participating in COB. Just because they can doesn't mean they will. Theta didn't meet quota but doesn't usually do COB. Not sure why. Heard Pi Phi had sophomore openings from transfers but not sure if filled. Some COB with people in mind.
