I see a lot of self promotion by KA. What are the guys in this house like and is it really as good as Sig Chi?

Just go check it out. They're relatively new, so naturally they have some strange older guys, but the younger guys/Phi Delts will improve the house for sure, assuming that this meger works out.

"last year was a complete disaster for them, almost thrown off. current seniors/juniors suck, not sure if they have sophomores. the phi delt merger is a game changer for them, basically saves their house. huge house, if they merge they'll be relevant for sure (solely bc of phi delt)."
