if Phi Delt actually joins KA then that'd put KA with Sig Chi, sig nu was always way below phi delt. but frats don't just take over other frats so I doubt that'll happen

The sophomore phi delt class wasn't that great. The older guys in KA are lame. So all the self ranking they do to try to equate themselves to sig chi is a joke.

Most lup and comiing house: everyone with a house (aka not pike/phi kap); Fiji and sig chi seem to be getting worse tho

Sig Nu's aren't particularly nice - lotta east coast guys.
ATO's are really nice guys from what I've experienced thus far.
Pikes may or may not get a house.
