Vandy doesnt have strict pairings (we dont have socials like other schools do) but in recent years its been:
Kappa- aepi/sae
Tri delt- kappa sig
Theta- sig chi/ sae
Pi phi- sig nu/ kind of everyone
And i honestly dont know the rest/ its pretty mixed
Most obvious are definitelt tri delt and ksig, kappa and aepi/sae, almost to a territorial point in the past year

chi o - ato/phi delt/fiji
don't know the rest of em so I won't say something I'm not sure of but this is what I know from experience. also every person is an individual with their own guy friends/girl friends, so take this with a grain of salt. not everyone in a greek chapter is the same type of person.

really not that strict since the girls are so mixed outside of kappa
