that would be some bs. once a sorority gets in there it means the house is completely lost to the frats. There will be more houseless frats, since sororities never get kicked because the frats take all the risk by providing stuff to do. This is what happened when pi phi stole pike's sick house, and at least that was somewhat justified since they defaulted on the mortgage for it

Lamba Chi isnt taking the Delt house till they charter which will atleast be 2 years so Delt wont have to move till 2020 at the earliest. The Beta house wasnt leased out by OGL because Beta will be back in 2019 and the school didnt see a reason to give it away for such a short time. The Phi Delt house should go to an unhoused fraternity, prob Phi Kap, because I heard Pikes nationals are salty that they can't stay out of trouble without a house imagine if they had one..
Either or, its stupid that theres 3 empty houses now and 2 unhoused fraternities = less fun for everyone.

but are they really gonna leave it vacant until 2021 while other frats don't have houses? idk how any of this works or who gets to decide but it seems like a long time to reserve their house for them
