the pledge class numbers were all pretty consistent with previous years (except for aoii) so I doubt it

This year the same houses (AXO and AOII) did COB and fall rush, I wouldn't count on any other houses doing either because I think they all got plenty girls. A lot of people drop every year, so this year wasn't really unusual.
