cob for transfer

im a sophomore girl who just transferred and didn't go through recruitment but still am interested in rushing. panhel said COB occurs in the spring after bid day and in the fall, and I wanted to know which sororities typically participate? I really like pi phi and feel like thats my best fit, do they typically participate?

This past year I think only AOPi and AXO did COB. I don't think Pi Phi has participated in recent years
