frat rankings/descriptions

SAE - Top of the Top and its not going to change any time soon. Cool guys that get the hottest girls.
AEPI - Big parties, rich New Yorkers. Kill it with KKG.
Kappa Sig - Rage Really Hard. Always a good time.
Sig Chi - Always on suspension, but have a lot of chill guys. SAE lite.

Phi Delt - Been on and off suspension most of the year and second semester, but overall good guys
Sig Nu - Lot of New Yorkers who rage occasionally. AEPI lite.
ATO - Laid back, friendly guys. Last two PC's have been really good.
ZBT - Mixed bag, but have some cool guys. Joint tailgates with AEPI have definitely helped lately

FIJI - Kinda try-hardy but have a lot of nice kids. Good house too.
DTD - Suspension hurts them, but still going in the right direction. Kids are really nice, but some weirdos
KA - Really good house, but that's pretty much it. Getting better, but still a lot of work to do.

Phi Psi - Gets ragged on a lot, sometimes unfairly, but definitely not a top option. Guys are kinda try hard and weird. Not seeing much upward momentum.
Pike - Really hard to establish themselves without a house. The guys aren't terrible, but they can never have any events and there is little unity.
Phi Kap - Brand new, so big mixed bag. No house which makes matters worse.
