Which houses are open to sophomores rushing and don't already know who they're bidding?

Pretty much everyone but the top tier and sig chi b/c they don't do fall rush. I'd look at Phi Delt, Sig Nu, ATO and possibly ZBT and FIJI

bids should start coming out this week and the next week. most people who have bids at this point were upperclassmen with friends as opposed to transfers.
