transfers rushing/ exclusivity
by: nrk1421How do transfers fare during formal rush? does the fact that you know more girls in the houses hurt you? Active sorority girls seem exclusive for the moment. how hard is it to break in? Or do you need to wait until second semester to try and befriend them?

I am not sure your question makes much sense? I am confused how meeting more people during first semester hurts you unless you are a moron and completely unlikable! It's your negative view of people and yourself that will sink your prospects in my opinion. Be realistic in your expectations and be a person that people want to spend time with. Nice people are everywhere in the system and disregard the ranklings. Don't set your mind on a particular house as that's most likely not realistic. Meet people and see where you feel comfortable. If you are a minority I am not sure you are best served by our still 19th century system! Sorry but it's true/
