blacks in sae

Does SAE allow blacks to join? I've heard they don't and that they are the only Vandy frat that has never had a black member. Can someone shed any light on this?

Their alumni won't let them. It's not exactly out in the open but it's not a secret. Freshmen figure this out the first week of class, if not before then.
