racism at vandy

It is disappointing how much racism there is at Vandy. Much of this relates to the Greek system. Most of the members are wealthy and white. The few black members that are in the top/mid houses are not your typical black students and many of them probably even wish they were white. I am not saying that without the Greek system there would be no racism on campus, there certainly would be. However, the Greek system is a major contributor and I don't see Vandy improving without drastic change taking place.

there are a few houses that are race blind but on a whole you are right and Vanderbilt will suffer because of it.
