I dont give a damn about any of you losers, however Phi Delt isn't top tier with Kap sig and Sig Chi.

They are just a southern Sig nu....

all three of those houses dont belong up there but thats what happens when ogl kick everyone. but wherever you put them all three of those houses are equally mid-tier. sig nu can suck eachother off at bottom house though

stop phi delt you're embarrassing yourself. Phi delt is at best barely better than sig nu, if not equivalent. They're not kappa sig/sig chi

Spot on with the exception of Phi Delt. Should be after Sig Chi and potentially ahead of sig nu in tier 2. They are cool guys, but the social suspension will not help. Sig Chi has the edge either way though.

How can people have accurate enough opinions on all of the fraternities to even compare them. I feel like someone randomly decided all of the relative positions, and then people just try to boost their own fraternity until it's said enough to be "accepted".
