Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at Vanderbilt University - VU 4.2 I know Phi Psi is considered bottom tier, but I'm really not sure why. They are an incredibly nice group of guys, just not the typically "frat guy" stereotype, and all of their parties I've been to have been fun. They also have Wine Wednesday most Wednesdays with paired wine and cheese and a really cute dog. What more could a girl want?

I know Phi Psi is considered bottom tier, but I'm really not sure why. They are an incredibly nice group of guys, just not the typically "frat guy" stereotype, and all of their parties I've been to have been fun.
