Phi Delt is a dry fraternity. If that is what you are into, then go for it. Just don't be too upset when they break out the secret stash. BTW, they have a long tradition of getting kicked off and returning.

Traditional freshmen haven, bastion of the northeast. The brothers are OK, the groupies are cute. Most lose interest after freshmen year though.

"Home of the Southern Gentlemen". Yes, they have an impressive building (at least from the outside)and yes they take pride in their self proclaimed title. If you are into that kinda stuff and pass the gene pool test this place maybe for you. However, if you are the least interested in having any fun, and have any kind of a wild streak, it is best you avoid this place. Oh , btw their sterling rep has been tarnished of late, google it for details.

You do see these girls out at night but that's about it. Only a select few are involved on campus and there is very little house unity. Most girls don't like each other.

They no longer have official standing as an active fraternity on campus. They were not kicked off, but elected to "merge" with DKE when the administration took back their house and gave it to a sorority. In their heyday, no one would dispute that they were the hardest partying fraternity on campus that some how avoided getting kicked off for a violation.
