Accidentally wandered into their 80's party last semester. Hall and Oates (the real band...not some cover group) was playing. I partied like it was 1999. Definitely think this is an up and coming fraternity.

Tri-Delt rightfully belongs in Top Tier. The naysayers are jealous because Tri-D's typically come from the richest families in the South. They may be a little snobbish at times, but who isn't? They were always hot & favorite of my fraternity, Sigma Nu, when we were both the highest GPA & IM Sports Trophy winners for best frat on campus. I was not rich at Vandy, but I was very smart and very athletic & founded both the Vanderbilt Soccer Team and The Vanderbilt/USMC Judo Team in 1965.
