Pretty standard middle tier frat. I've met some guys I really like and some that I question how they got in anywhere. I think they are largely in the midst of a shift with the whole rush email scandal they had, I heard at one point they were down to like 25 members but they have gotten it together pretty well and have some solid pledge classes coming in.

Theta is top tier and not going down. That said, this house is not for everyone. Thetas dirty rush and really only take into consideration how hot you are, how rich you are and how much you party. Just because they are in the top tier doesn't mean everyone should want to go theta. If you're looking for a place where you'll be accepted and not judged, think about some of the other houses. This year during rush they took pnms to different rooms based on if you could be a day/night theta
