AEPi will definitely move up more now that Beta is gone. Nice group of guys, too. They have a TON of parties (definitely the best on-campus fraternity presence) and seem to all really like each other...a very close group!

Way overrated. Not very cute, older girls are weird. Not a very tight group either - disjointed. Don't be fooled by them during rush.

Nice house of girls. Had some drama, but as one pointed out, every house has drama and divides. Very down to earth and diverse which works in their favor. Definitely not all about looks, as someone below argued.

They are on the rise and their new pledge class is not too bad, with that said they are on the lower end of middle tier.
