mid to upper mid tier transition

with a good pledge class lambda sig chi tke can transition into the upper mid tier from their previous mid tier positions. who will win out? phi psi should fall considerably, and these 3 frats will benefit big

Only thing that's changed about lambda is how much they care about this website
Also why would anyone benefit from phi psi dropping, they were already gone for last years rush and didn't get a class
