When expansion happened and Alpha Xi was picked to come on campus, Delta Zeta was selected to come on after in what is called a stacked expansion. They are supposedly colonizing after formal recruitment this fall.

and Pi Phi is supposedly suspended until 2015 but idk the details of them coming back and how it will effect DZ's colonization timeline

Pi phi was supposed to come back in 2015 but nationals found out how they were underground rushing and kicked them off for good. They are never comin back.

Little extreme, but yeah they are not scheduled to come back on campus anymore. Its not indefinite but they wont be coming back in the near future.
