Ranks after First Sem

With the frats after almost a semester and a lot happening what are the ranks of the frats, here would be my guess...
1. Sig/Spe
2.DU
3.Fiji(but falling fast and will be bottom tier next year)
4. Lambda
5. Chi Phi
6. SAE
Thoughts?

Feel like most would disagree with lambda over chi phi but honestly I think that’s the direction things are heading towards

Would def put DU over sig chi. Sig is like a worse version of spe now basically and DU is sort of what fiji was like 2 years ago.

Lambda needs to stop putting themselves so high. Lambda guys before the merge were weird and creepy and they combined with underground TKE which was also just weird and creept
