What do you look for in a chapter?

What makes a fraternity rise to the top of its ranks? Does having the hottest girls really always guarantee you'll be top tier? Does personality ever really matter?

Parties are a factor but honestly, it’s the exclusivity that they have compared to others on campus. If a frat is giving snap bids you know they’re desperate for more members. But during rush the frats getting the most pnms are considered the best. This makes them top tier and makes srats want to mix with them more.

What about when retention is high so there would be less spots for new members

That’s kindve what the frats want. They want to be able to chose their pc’s with PNM’s to spare and make it “exclusive” so they feel not just anyone can get a bid. The best srats like the exclusivity and that’s why they want to mix with them.

I look for chapters who care about social justice, gender equality and dismantling toxic systems.
