Top:
FIJI... if they get the SAE/FIJI questionable non-athletes.
SAE... if they get the SAE/FIJI questionable non-athletes. (Whoever doesn't or gets the smaller amount will be #2).
SPE... good sophomore class currently but supposedly having a really hard time getting kids to rush.
Middle:
Kappa Sig: Just strange assortment of current sophs... have a really good time though and so if they manage to not get kicked off they'll get some good dudes.
Phi Psi: Besides SPE, biggest try-hards on campus. If that's transparent for frosh, will stay where they're at... if they manage to convince frosh otherwise they'll pull ahead of KS.
Below Average:
TKE: Perfectly mediocre in every sense.

Who cares

Lambda - Another fraternity that does things their own way, the Lambda guys seem to be the least concerned with the "ranking" system. Instead they are known for always having a good time, and not taking themselves too seriously.
FIJI - Probably the most athletic fraternity, most of the brothers are on varsity teams and because of this they usually have a smaller presence at school events and philanthropy. They do have great relationships with the top sororities though, and their party scene, especially on off nights, is great.
Phi Psi - Known for having a very strong brotherhood, Phi Psi has improved in a lot of ways this year. A great pledge class, big improvements socially and academically, and a lot more philanthropy, if these guys can pull another solid class they should be very strong next year.
SAE - While they are not officially on campus anymore, you can't deny that these guys do still have presence. Though this presence is pretty much limited to their mixers with pi phi and kkg, this should be enough incentive to pull a good sized class next year. One negative you have to keep in mind (freshmen) is that they are not a fraternity in the eyes of the school - they do not have a real house, and because of this they lose a lot of what makes a real "fraternity," rather than a drinking club.

Sig Chi - People always talk about how good Sig Chi "used" to be, but with two solid classes over the past year, they are definitely looking to come back strong. It seems like they're transitioning from strictly athletes to a more rounded group of guys, but these guys still have good relationships with top sororities, especially because of derby days, and they throw great parties.
Sig Ep - Great parties, a great relationship with kappa, and letters that impress freshmen girls more than most other fraternities, SPE definitely has one of the strongest social presences on campus. Because of this, they get very good classes year after year, though the "brotherhood" doesn't seem to be as strong as many other fraternities for this same reason.
TKE - A great group of guys, with a really tight brotherhood. Their pledge class this year was great, and it really helped boost their presence socially. TKE is definitely one of the most involved fraternities, and their brothers can always be seen at pretty much every major school event.

It's naive to think SAE will get more than 10 kids. Their sophomores now are a bunch of kids who couldn't rush or didn't get in anywhere else (there are exceptions). Not what it used to be, but it's clear who posts on this site if they are the top of any sort of list.
