Theta has definitely upped their game this year. They have much better mixers than they have had in the past and they just keep getting better

Agreed, they’re moving up while other mid-tier sororities aren’t doing that. They’re on the same level as DG and ADPI now. This year they had good mixers and a good PC the pst 2 years.
