i know it’s early but imma say it anyway.
yeah obviously most of you want to be in the “cool” sororitys, but you have to understand that your sorority does not matter at all. Everyone still has fun and most sororitys mix with most frats so you’ll still see your guy friends and most likely meet new ones. My best advice for you all is to be open minded. like with every group of people, each sorority has people you won’t get along with, but each of them also has girls you will become very close with that you haven’t met before. so go into the process with an open mind and try to enjoy yourself. goodluck and remember that you aren’t defined by the sorority you are in. just be yourself and you’ll end up where you’re supposed to!

The only thing is that you’re contradicting yourself. You say you wouldn’t want to go to certain frats w the reps they have but the. Not to let reps lead you. It’s not that you don’t have a good message, it’s that your supporting arguments need more thought.

I think they mean reputations with rankings and sisterhood. Not rep like being douchbags which is more of a fact then just heresay.

Yes some sororities and fraternities like to mix with only a few select groups. But if you think about it, kinda boring. Yes they are more “popular” but your closing door on meeting everyone there is to meet. Most of those frats you would choose to stay away from anyway with the reps they have. Don’t let mixers decide where you think you belong. I’m in a “lower” tier and most girls that are in sorority life have been nothing but nice. Everyone gets along. There are some not nice girls but they wouldn’t be nice no matter what the letters are on their shirts. Keep an open mind decide for yourself. Don’t let reputations or rumors lead you.
