Alot of guys struggle fresh year. I know a couple guys in my fraternity considered transferring. I think overall, most are happy they stayed. not sure how prestigious a school ur talking tho, an ivy or on par to that is probably worth the transfer. tough call, especially with the administration really hurting greek life

yea this school has some serious issues

As a graduating senior, I enjoyed Bucknell. But 3 yrs ago, i was in ur same position. I wish i ended up transferring.

This school is the epitome of shmeebs and people who think they are too cool. I wish I transferred. Greek life is dead at this school.

This is really a matter of where your priorities lie. If your problem with freshman year is not getting into parties then it’ll get a hell of a lot better but if you have bigger issues with Bucknell then you might want to look for a place that’s a better fit

This campus is very exclusive and segregated. Depends what you want to do. Rushing will definitely help you mesh more but if you don't think Greek life is for you transferring is a good idea. I'm finishing up my Junior year and wish I had transferred. At this point I'm just trying to get to graduation asap.

Transfer to a state school! I’m a senior graduating this year and I now wish I looked at bigger schools with more opportunities, more kids, bigger alumni networks, and just a lot more going on in general.
