They're loved by freshman guys and kappa's. A few years ago, they and SAE were on top, then SAE got shut down, and SigEp started attracting the wrong guys. They're not a unified group, they suck up to the school, and they're close to being gone. It's not to say that there aren't a handful of good, fun guys, but they really aren't what they used to be.

A few nice football guys, but the lax guys act like goons most of the time. Beautiful house, okay parties... should branch out more. A bunch of girls feel uncomfortable at their parties.

freshmen do love them lots of guys wanna be sig eps freshmen girls and kappas love sig eps but it doesnt change the fact that sae is more exclusive and pi phis love them way more

chi phi is so much fun to mix with! the guys are (for the most part) really cute and really funny! theyre very down to earth and theyre also pretty nice to freshman guys compared to other frats, which was nice when i was a freshman girl :)
