sig ep, kappa sig, basically every fraternity wants to be like sae... so don't blame these guys for not being cool as sae. sae is on top for a reason. who doesn't wanna be sae? did you know pi phi's are the hottest girls on campus? boom. i hear lambda 's got some of the richest guys on campus?

The house is extremely cliquey, and the pledge class is full of weird, creepy guys who are all extremely into themselves. The "below average" rating for attractiveness is for the pledges.
