For the situation they are in as a new frat returning to campus they are doing the best they can. Not a bad group of guys, really nice and make their mixers fun for how few people they have. It's going to be a rough year or two but I think they are doing everything right to get a better rep on campus

so underrated; downtown house isn't so great and the music could be better... nonetheless, these guys are classy, polite, fun, and cute! i will def be back.

Okay yes they are hot girls who are holding onto the past hard. Most of the PC is only in pi phi because theyre GPA was too low to really rush. Most of all THEY'RE ALSO NOT A REAL SORORITY. They need to get over it, Stop trying to make pi phi happen...it's not going to happen.

New pledge class is 50% hot and 50% typical chi-o's. They could rise if they wanted but right now it's not looking too good. They're trying but not very fun and have too many awkward girls. keep trying i guess

Agree with what is being said. They have some attractive brothers and some descent guys but they're downtown parties suck. Never any dancing and the guys can be sort of awkward. They think more of themselves than they really should. Overall they're a bit below average but could change that if they really tried to throw more ragers

"Whose FIJI?"- typical question heard freshman year. Not many girls realize that "lax house" is basically FIJI. As mentioned ton of athletes but some of the new pledges are socially awkward. Still have some hot guys but not enough to keep me interested

TKE is always a fun time. As mentioned before they have an awesome pledge class. They've stop taking so many crew guys which is good for them. They should rise up soon, sucks about their house situation but they seem to be making the best of it. Overall they're doing what they need to if they want to move up in the rankings

Don't get enough credit. May not have the hottest girls but they're always a fun time to mix with. They can get real rowdy real fast

very average. some are wannabes. i hope the next pledge class brings them up

i don't know what half you guys are talking about. They still have plenty of football players and still throw great parties. They mix with the top sororities still and know how to have a good time. Just wait until they throw their first register.
