Trying to be like old chi phi, pretty much everyone is hit or miss with mostly the latter. They probably want DU to stick around more than anyone so someone takes their filler, but with tke and ksig gone maybe they don't need to

Chi Phi… eh I don't really get them, they've always claimed to be the nicest guys on campus, and while some of them are, that can be misleading. They try SO HARD and go out of their way to do things seemingly for the sake of doing them. Sort of suffer from the SPE effect, they're fine on their own but if you put a bunch of them together you just wanna throw up. Stand to gain a lot from recent campus crackdowns but not sure why they're still the "nice guys" SPE lite and most sorority-esque frat

every dude knows that all sororities at this school have some questionable girls...they just blend in a bit more bc they have more members. true there are some upperclassmen with terrible reps but other than that the rest of them are funny as hell and pretty attractive
