Sororities are sometimes exclusive and can be mean to each other, but some members are just looking to have a support system they can count on. Sororities should lift their members up, not tear them down. Theta is a home for a lot of girls on campus that haven't been accepted elsewhere. They're less concerned about getting in with the boys or showing themselves off, and more worried about personal development. This comes through greater campus involvement, collaborative studying, and focused chapter meetings. Girls in theta care about each other. Their success is measured not in campus dominance, but in alumni staying close and being happy with their lives. Pnms left with Theta for pref, get excited, because you're eligible for a sisterhood for life.
