No such thing as bottom tier at Ripon... Bt the AXOs had a rough year or two but many believe they're coming together. A variety of nice girls and party girls. Fraternities usually enjoy partying with them. Personally, I think they're about to jump ADPi. A good pledge class (this years best), plus some good upperclassmen will do good things.

Hot, classy, and all that other stuff... However, many who are close to the house predict they will fall due to lack of cohesiveness. From what I know, this "lack of cohesiveness" means they have some major issues about to emerge. Since being on campus, they run Greek Life. The college loves them, and so do the fraternities. However, they're social life is on the decline.

The Kappa Deltas have a good sense of sisterhood... And that is it. By default, this years Bid Day left them with a large number of girls. Need to really improve through rush to get to the level of AXO and ADPi. However, they are becoming more party oriented.

From 2008-2011 Theta ran campus. Good guys, good parties, good campus relations... However, they got Bid happy and brought in some terrible pledge classes. They're not falling apart, but many on campus see the Sigs pushing back at them. Social reputation will always keep them above Merriman and Phi Delt. Pledge process is a joke, but most aren't looking for that. Internal issues of sleeping with eachothers girlfriends, hurts there Gentlemen reputation.
