"AXO" must not go to school at Ripon anymore. Her comments can't be further from the truth. The Sigs are back on top. All I know about their pledge process is that its actually meaningful and is probably why the Sigs have the tightest brotherhood on campus.

Nationally a very strong chapter, Ripon's ADPis continue to dominate the sorority scene with continued success in academics, recruitment and overall campus involvement. They have been the top sorority for a handful of years now and they look to continue to hold this spot.

Good sense of brotherhood within the Phi Delt house. Their cohesiveness should help them through a current rough patch with administration. If they can get improve relationships with administration and sororities, they should be alright. Their yearly quarrels with the local fraternity on campus seem to hurt their image with the Greek community as well.

This group might be a little rough around the edges, but it's hands-down one of, if not the best groups on campus. Phi Delts at Ripon College demonstrate the true meaning of brotherhood and are truly classy guys (once you get past the occasional camouflage shorts or cut-off shirt). Socially, there is no better place to hang out for a safe, good time. Their doors are always open and I always felt welcome and was never intimidated.
