After being a part of this all for a few years, the most important thing to take away is that every fraternity has its own personality and criterion for giving out bids. SAE and ATO aren't interested in certain people SigNu is incredibly excited about. They really aren't evaluating potential members by the same criterion. The odds of a baseball player not going ATO, a football player not going SAE, or a soccer player not going KappaSig are all incredibly low, so things like sports always create a base for those fraternities. In terms of non-athletes however, every fraternity sets a different concept of an "ideal" member. From a male point of view, these rankings are all going to be based on their perceptions of popularity, but from a female point of view, they're naturally going to be evaluated in terms of how much time they spend with a given fraternity.

SAE is probably top but with their issues last semester with nationals as well as their now reduced pledgeshop, they're probably going to be slipping in the next few years. Lots of football players and most similar to an SEC fraternity
Kappa sig is pretty solid, may start taking guys fthst normally would go to SAE because they're so preppy. Definitely moving away from the soccer player fraternity.
Sig nu is getting better pledges but seems a little off from the top tiers. Their older guys are kind of weird but they throw parties pretty much every weekend which is nice. Really nice guys though and definitely on the rise.
ATO is the athletic fraternity and have a ton of baseball players. Pretty much give a bid to everyone which is why they're one of the biggest on campus. Different mix of guys but overall pretty solid. Don't often throw parties but when they do everyone goes.
Pike is more of the fraternity that brings in all different types of guys. Really involved on campus and throw nice themed parties. Really big group but have some weird kids in them.
KA has had trouble with their national headquarters the past few years and isn't what they used to be in the past. Probably going to be taking everyone they can for a couple of years before they start looking decent. One nice thing is that they have had live bands over for their parties unlike the other fraternities. Gonna be looking good in maybe two or three years.

ATO - They throw lots of fun parties and tailgates. Still the athletic fraternity, mostly football from what I can tell.
Kappa Sig - I’d say they’re tied with ATO here in that they throw killer parties and tailgates. They brought in a live band for their first tailgate off suspension and I think that helped a lot. Mostly soccer players and some lacrosse players in here.
KA - They used to be one of the worst, but in the past few years, they’ve managed to become a good middle tier fraternity. Still have a ways to go to be top tier, but definitely worth going over to parties and tailgates, especially during homecoming
Sig Nu - They’d be tied with KA, but they’re a little lower on the scale. They weren’t able to do much in 2018 due to So Pro in the spring and something else in the Fall. Still worth hanging out with them.
Pike - I’d place them with ATO and Kappa Sig, but I haven’t heard much good reviews about them. They do have big parties and tailgates, but they are pretty fake. After freshmen rush, for guys to get into their parties, they either have to be currently pledging them in the spring or plan on rushing them another time. Otherwise, plan on being kicked out.
SAE - A top tier frat back in the day. Now, it seems like they’ve met their end. Even before their investigation, they were starting to go downhill. One party, they shut down early because campo scared off the freshmen that were there. And another time they shut down early was because no one was there for the first hour.
