SAE, ATO, Kappa sig are all pretty similar most people prefer one over the others but pretty much all the same. Although Kappa sig seems to be the only one who ever has alcohol.
pike is pretty good too, but there is definitely a pike type.
personally I know nothing about SIg Nu and have never been or found a reason to go
KA has like 25 members total, the only reason any girl really goes there is to steal alch and then go back to the other frats

SAE is definitely #1(most consistently throws very successful parties), ATO probably #2, pike Halloween is best party of the year
Kappa sig has their own strong nucleus of people that people really like it at their parties
KA and sig nu are not respected by anyone to the point where if there is a night and only one of them is having a party people would rather just not go out, they really are just not good frats, the people in it seem to enjoy themselves but anyone not in KA or signu knows they're completely irrelevant to any party culture

KA's above Sig Nu and pike is lower than the top three
