AOII does have a few cool members, but they are typically just the girls that didn't quite make it into other sororities due to grades or parties or what have you. That being said, the organization itself is unprofessional and they seem very desperate for members. They are known to take in literally anyone and everyone they possibly can. Sometimes that works out in their favor and they get cool chicks, most of the time though...

theyre working really hard to be better and retention after bid day seemed higher this year than usual with deferred rush. if more girls gave it a chance they could really be a great organization but a lot of members are only there because they were cut from other chapters

During Rush a lot of people talk really negatively about AOIIs but the moment bid day is over, AOII is back to being every other sorority and fraternity's favorite chapter to associate with. Not only that, but they rise above a lot of dirty rushing and maintain honor, honesty, and poise throughout the whole process. Plus, no girl in the chapter ever complains about having to go to the house for anything, so it's truly an enjoyable lifestyle.

Great group of girls. They're sweet and down to earth and care about each other. Formals are fun and you can definitely find AOPIs at any party.
