Some of the frats have good houses like Chi Phi and SAE and KA kind of. Frats have houses spread out all around Jacksonville and theres parties at different houses every weekend. Beach bars scene is heavily packed with older greeks and for the most part there are a lot of good looking guys and girls. The top girls tend to only hang around the top frats.
