Comment:  In the top three, that's not a question; but they only party with one fraternity (phi psi) a lot. that can be a good or a bad thing, but usually its a bad thing. they got chapter of the year and did good in rush but in the past before that they weren't top three at all. some of their older members left and well they were the really cool ones...
