Comment:  Person below pretty much nailed it...I overheard many girls rushing this year who were surprised by how well Phi Sig presented themselves. Maybe they weren't a first choice for everyone, but they definitely roped in some cool girls with their last PC. Not all of them are the hottest girls on campus... but some are pretty good looking, definitely
