Comment:  For all those haters here. They are a chapter, they're new, they're not that big yet, but they're growing. I'm not gonna say they're the best but all of the Phi Sigs I met are cool. They have the potential to be top tier in a year or two, but we'll see. Best of luck and people should really stop rating if they don't know what they're talking about.
