Comment:  theta chi is by far the most underrated frat. they're SUPER fun and really down to earth. if you go to any of their sporting events, the guys will gladly greet you after and thank you for going to their game (unlike some other "top tier" frats where they walk right by you and pretend you don't exist). they are also really sweet guys. DEFINITELY fun to party with but also marriage material.
